Due to the random nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for reasons related to personal preferences or dissatisfaction with the received items. However, in accordance with applicable Canadian laws and Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, a remedy may be available if a product is defective or does not match the order. In such cases, the customer must contact us within seven days of receipt, and proof of the issue may be required. Depending on the situation, a replacement or refund may be offered.
